District Goals: 2025- 2026


  • Establish clear and consistent lines of communication at all levels and for all district stakeholders. 

  • Establish a unified, efficient, and collaborative education framework that ensures consistent programming, optimizes resource allocation, and streamlines scheduling across all schools, fostering a district-wide culture of shared best practices and alignment.

  • Strengthen Secondary Programming and instructional practices to ensure all students are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and experiences necessary for success in college, career, and life, while implementing a schedule that reflects the needs of 21st century learners. 

  • Maintain and update district facilities while establishing parameters to become more operationally efficient in preparing for the needs established in the LRFP.

  • The District is committed to challenging and helping each student maximize his or her personal potential to promote academic excellence, good character, and physical fitness in a safe, supportive learning environment, as well as providing a positive school climate based upon mutual respect and responsibility.

  • The District further recognizes the need to support and develop a professional, dedicated, accountable staff that will partner with parents to foster the emotional, intellectual, social, and physical maturity of each student, and to encourage a lifelong love of learning and discovery.
