Apshawa has been selected again nationwide to join the Kinsa FLUency program. We are in our third year. This is open to our incoming Kindergarten students.

Order your FREE thermometer today.  Text FLUENCY to 555888. Open the link in the text message you receive to download the free Kinsa app.   Finish signing up in the free app to get your thermometer.  Check your mail to confirm your free thermometer has been ordered.  Offer is only valid through October 15, 2019.

Fact Sheet for Parents: Sports-Related Eye Injuries in Youth

MANDATED IMMUNIZATIONS for students entering Grade 6:
TDAP (Diptheria, Tetanus, Acellular Pertussis) and Meningococcal Vaccines are required for your child to enter 6th grade, which is mandated by the State of New Jersey.  A copy of these vaccines must be presented to the health office before your child can start 6th grade.  If your child has had these vaccines, please forward the documentation to Ms. Paugh.  

N.J.S.A. 18A: 40-21.2 requires that school districts annually distribute the educational fact sheet on meningitis to parents or guardians of students entering sixth grade.  Meningococcal FAQ.pdf

Any student participating in after school fitness or sports clubs must have a physical within 365 days prior to the start of that club.  Please click on the links below for the forms.  

Please make sure your personal information (i.e.: name, address, phone, work, cells) are updated in the Realtime Parent Portal.  Please make sure your child's physician name and phone number are also in the Portal.  Log into the Realtime Parent Portal and click on Contacts on the left.  Click update information to update any category.
